About this Policy

This policy exists so the company can keep providing quality, affordable mobile and home broadband services fairly to all customers. It applies to every customer and defines personal use, unreasonable use, and unacceptable use, plus what happens if you breach it.

Service

"Service" covers Home Broadband, Post-paid Mobile, and Pre-paid Mobile.

Personal Use

All products and services are for personal use only. That means one individual using them privately, in a reasonable and acceptable way. Using the service for business purposes — including running operations for large groups or organizations — is not allowed.

Unreasonable Use

This is usage that harms the network (theirs or their host carrier's), affects other customers' ability to use the service, involves a call-switching or re-routing device, or is suspected of being fraudulent or unlawful. Examples (not a complete list):

Unacceptable Use

This means improperly interfering with someone else's use of the service, using it illegally, or using unapproved equipment or SIM cards. Doing this can lead to immediate termination. Examples (not complete):
